French verdure tapestries told stories — and this one tells a stately Dutch–Flemish one. Originally woven c. 1700–1730 by the Baert workshop in Amsterdam, the design depicts a wooded landscape with peacock and cranes, classical statuary, a stone fountain, and an eagle attacking a dove overhead. The signature "BAERT" and the coat of arms of Amsterdam are woven directly into the design — a piece of Dutch Golden Age craftsmanship in the Flemish verdure tradition. Printed on premium cotton blend in Europe.

The nuanced greens and warm taupes pair effortlessly with plaster, walnut, rattan, and neutral linens — perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, libraries, or any room that wants depth, history, and a quiet, composed focal wall.
