William Morris Pimpernel Jacquard Upholstery Fabric – Blue Rust by the Metre
William Morris Pimpernel Jacquard Upholstery Fabric – Blue Rust by the Metre

William Morris designed Pimpernel in 1876 — named for the small scarlet pimpernel flowers woven through the pattern's swirling willow boughs. It became one of his most enduring textile designs, originally produced as a hand block-printed cotton.
This jacquard upholstery fabric brings that pattern to your own project, sold by the metre in deep navy with rust and ivory blossoms. Suitable for curtains, cushions, headboards, light upholstery, and bedding. Pairs beautifully with dark academia, grandmillennial, and English country interiors — equally at home in a layered library, a panelled dining room, or a moody bedroom.
