William Morris Strawberry Thief Throw Pillow Cover – Dark Green Bird and Floral

William Morris designed Strawberry Thief in 1883 — inspired by the thrushes that raided the strawberry beds at his country home, Kelmscott Manor. The original was an indigo-and-red discharge print; this dark-green colourway is a later recolouring that shifts the pattern toward forest, woodland, and English country tones while keeping every bird, leaf, and berry of Morris's design intact.

This throw pillow cover brings that pattern to a sofa or armchair — printed in Europe on a cotton-polyester blend. Pairs beautifully with dark academia and maximalist interiors — equally at home on a velvet settee, in a layered library, or against a deep painted wall.
